Every Robertson Restoration project combines unique experience, rigorous project management, and the highest level of craft. We handle every phase — so our clients never have to manage the complexity themselves.
We work closely with clients and their design teams to ensure a smooth process from first conversation through move-in. When needed, we offer bespoke drawing and design services — from individual component details to complete house plans — so the vision is fully realized before a single nail is driven.
We manage all permitting, entitlements, and regulatory approvals on our clients' behalf. This includes appearances before historic review boards, planning and zoning commissions, and boards of zoning appeals — an area where our fifteen years of Augusta experience is invaluable.
Our work is thorough, highest quality, and conducted with full respect for neighbors — in terms of noise, dust, environment, and health and safety. We employ a network of artisan-level craftsmen who share our commitment to detail, and we oversee every phase with the same personal attention our clients deserve.
